EDF's Reference Document for the 2018 financial year was filed today with the French financial markets authority ( ).

The following documents are included in the Reference Document:

·    the 2018 annual financial report;

·    the report on corporate governance of the Board of Directors pursuant to Article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code (see concordance table 8.5.3);

·    the information regarding the fees of the statutory auditors (included in section 6.1);

·    a description of the share buyback program (included in section 7.3.2).

Copies of the reference document are also available at the company's head office located at 22-30 avenue de Wagram, 75008 Paris.
