Klövern acquires a property in Gothenburg

Klövern AB (publ) has acquired a property in Kallebäck Technology Park in Gothenburg for SEK 180 million. The modern property consists of offices and laboratories. The property, which was taken possession of on 11 June, consists of four buildings with two to seven storeys, all built in the 1990s. The total space amounts to 22,000 sq.m. The property is fully let on long leases and is close to good transport facilities...

Klövern AB (publ) has acquired a property in Kallebäck Technology Park in Gothenburg for SEK 180 million. The modern property consists of offices and laboratories.

The property, which was taken possession of on 11 June, consists of four buildings with two to seven storeys, all built in the 1990s. The total space amounts to 22,000 sq.m. The property is fully let on long leases and is close to good transport facilities. The property Kallebäck 17:1 is located five kilometres south-east of central Gothenburg on the highway 40 and only 15 minutes from Landvetter airport. Seller is Saab AB (publ).

The property acquisition enhances Klövern's existing holdings in Gothenburg and increases the property portfolio in Gothenburg from 61,000 sq.m. to 83,000 sq.m.The acquisition has taken place in corporate form.
