Delivery of the warrants as announced in the press release of 2 July 2015 will take place on Monday 30 November 2015. 

 

RoodMicrotec has granted its shareholders and/ or option holders, who held RoodMicrotec shares and/ or options on record date 6 July 2015 at 17.40 hour, 1 warrant for every 24 ordinary shares and/ or options.  The transfer of the warrants is executed via the bank/financial broker of the person entitled to the warrant.

 

The warrants will be listed on Euronext, the trading code is WROD2 and the ISIN code is NL0011556972.

 

Both the delivery of the warrants and the listing on Euronext are handled by SNS Securities N.V.

 

The warrants can be exercised by notifying SNS Securities N.V. through the bank or financial broker.

 

The exercise periods of these warrants are as follows:
