Wavecell Appoints Cyril Billot as General Manager and Accelerates its International Expansion in Europe to Support Significant Mobile Market Growth Trends

With his new appointment as General Manager, Mr. Cyril Billot , based in Singapore , will be working closely with Wavecell's teams to support the company's global strategy and accelerate its growth.

Prior to his new position, Mr. Billot was the Global Manager of the Telecommunications/ core-network business unit in Gemalto, where he was responsible for wholesale messaging and core-network hosting services for three years. He has accumulated more than a decade's worth of experience from various managerial positions with well-established companies, providing mobile products and services as well as mobile strategy consultancy to worldwide telecommunications operators and corporations.
