Subscription for Kesko Corporation B shares with stock options

 

From 14 April to 30 April 2014, a total of 39,214 new Kesko Corporation B shares were subscribed for with the stock options marked with symbol 2007C in Kesko Corporation's 2007 stock option scheme. The corresponding increase in number of shares is anticipated to be entered in the Trade Register on 4 June 2014. The share subscription period of 2007C options has expired.

 

From 14 April to 30 April 2014 a total of 39,214 new B shares were subscribed for with Kesko Corporation's year 2007 stock options marked with symbol 2007C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the stock option scheme, the subscription price of the shares with stock options marked with symbol 2007C was EUR10.84 per share.
