The Annual General Meeting of Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) was held today at the offices of Polarcus DMCC, Reef Tower, Level 20, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, U.A.E.

The Annual General Meeting resolved to approve all matters as proposed in the Notice dated 8 April 2019.
