The Board of Directors of Statkraft SF has approved the final 2018 financial statements for the Statkraft SF Group. Please find attached the approved 2018 annual results for Statkraft SF in Norwegian.

Statkraft SF's objective is to own all shares and provide loans to Statkraft AS. Statkraft SF's consolidated accounts will, with the exception of limited items, be identical to the consolidated accounts for the sub-group Statkraft AS. For financial information in English, please see reported fourth quarter and annual results for 2018 for Statkraft AS. Statkraft SF's Annual Report for 2018 will be disclosed 28 February 2019.
