The general meeting of shareholders of SIA Biļešu Paradīze – the 100% subsidiary of AS Ekspress Grupp – decided to nominate Mr. Jānis Kuzulis as a new Member of the Management Board and the CEO starting from 1 August 2019.

The general meeting of shareholders also decided to recall Mr. Konstantins Kuzikovs from the duties of the Member of the Management Board as of 1 August 2019 and to appoint him as a Member of the Supervisory Board effective as of the same date. The Management Board of SIA Biļešu Paradīze will continue with two members: Jānis Daube and Jānis Kuzulis and the Supervisory Board will continue with four members: Mrs. Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (Chairman), Mrs. Signe Kukin, Mr. Ēriks Naļivaiko and Mr. Konstantīns Kuzikovs.
