Restamax Plc's Board of Directors has named Jarno Suominen, 44, as the temporary CEO of the Group as of 22 May 2017. Mr Suominen currently works as Restamax's CFO and will also continue in his current post. Mr Suominen has worked at Restamax and served as CFO from 2005. He has been a member of the Group's Executive Team since 2005.

In a stock exchange release published on 2 January 2017, Restamax Plc announced that CEO Markku Virtanen will leave the Group for personal reasons as of 30 June 2017. Mr Virtanen became Restamax's CEO in 2005.

From 1 July 2017, Restamax's Executive Team will consist of the following people:

Eero Aho, Product Line Director, Food
Tanja Virtanen, Product Line Director, Food
