Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 29 August 2018 regarding Awilco Drilling Plc (the "Company") being approved for listing on Oslo Børs as a transfer from Oslo Axess and the stock exchange announcement on 3 September 2018 regarding the Company's first day of listing on Oslo Børs. The first day of listing on Oslo Børs will be 4 September 2018.

In connection with the transfer of listing from Oslo Axess to Oslo Børs, the Company has prepared a prospectus summary dated 3 September 2018 pursuant to section 7-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Regulation (the "Prospectus Summary"). The Prospectus Summary is attached hereto and is also available on the Company's website www.awilcodrilling.com.
