EDF's Reference Document for the 2017 financial year was filed today with the French financial markets authority ( ).

The following documents are included in the Reference Document:

·   the 2017 annual financial report;

·   the report on corporate governance of the Board of Directors pursuant to Article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code (see concordance table 8.5.3);

·   the information regarding the fees of the statutory auditors (included in section 6.1);

·   a description of the share buyback program (included in section 7.3.2).

The reference document is available on EDF website at https://www.edf.fr/en/the-edf-group/dedicated-sections/investors-shareholders/financial-information/regulated-information/reference-documents.
Copies of the reference document are also available at the company's head office located at 22-30 avenue de Wagram, 75008 Paris.
