Nel quadro del pagamento del dividendo finale 2008 (0,50E su un totale di 1,00E per azione per l'anno finanziario), l'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria congiunta del 10 giugno 2009 ha deciso di dare agli azionisti di TOUAX la possibilità di scegliere se ricevere il dividendo in contanti o in azioni (nuove).
TOUAX ha reso noto oggi che il 2 luglio 2009 (scadenza del periodo di opzione) sono state presentate 1.854.889 cedole per il pagamento in azioni, cioè il 40% del dividendo finale.
52,098 new shares have been created as a result, which were settled, delivered and listed on Euronext Paris on 9 July 2009.
These shares carry entitlement as of 1 January 2009, and rank in every respect with the company's existing shares. They are accordingly listed on the same line (ISIN code FR0000033003).
The issue price having been set at E17.97 per distributed share, the total subscription amount was E936,201.06; a cash adjustment of E8,756.56 was paid.
The total number of shares making up the TOUAX share capital has therefore now risen to 5,687,826.
