TOUAX entra nel comparto C

TOUAX passa dal comparto B al comparto C della borsa Euronext Parigi. Sofina acquisisce una partecipazione del 5%

, 30/01/2009 (informazione.news - comunicati stampa - trasporti) In conformità con la Regola 6902/1 del Regolamento dei mercati finanziari, Euronext Parigi ha reso nota la lista di titoli che cambiano comparto di capitalizzazione a decorrere dal 21/01/2009.

In base al calcolo della capitalizzazione sul prezzo di apertura del titolo nell'arco degli ultimi 60 giorni di contrattazioni del 2008, TOUAX, che in precedenza era inclusa nel comparto B, è oggi inclusa nel comparto C della borsa Euronext Parigi.

Sofina, a financial holding company listed on Euronext Brussels, gave notice of having, on 19 January 2009, crossed above the threshold of 5% of the capital of TOUAX, holding 237,500 shares.
