ROODMICROTEC - INFORMATION MEETING 25 SEPTEMBER

As announced in the press release on the first half year figures of 2014 published on 28 August, RoodMicrotec will organise an information meeting for shareholders, bondholders and other interested parties on 25 September.
The theme of the meeting will be: 'Co-creating, collaborating and co-investing' :
three key aspects of our new strategy.
Previously, RoodMicrotec focused on providing unconnected individual services, often of a non-recurring nature. Now, we are increasingly offering integrated services in the form of a complete product for the entire lifetime of the product/chip. In this way, we are contributing more actively to new product development (co-creating and collaborating). This results in recurring sales and in long-term projects that yield stabler, more predictable and less cyclic sales. This strategy also means co-investing in new and promising projects, by which we also aim to break through the ongoing lending restraint in the financial markets. Our customers are OEMs, but also many Fabless Companies (FCs), because they often feel frustrated in their development by this restraint. Thus we will be both giving new momentum to the development of FCs and improving our sales and our position in this market segment.
There will be a presentation and a forum discussion. And there will be plenty of opportunities to exchange views and inspire one another.
