STONESOFT SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH STOCK OPTIONS

 

A total of 78 750 shares have been subscribed with Stonesoft Option Program 2008. The share subscriptions were based on the Option Program 2008A- and 2008D options. According to the terms of the Option Program 2008, the subscription price per share was EUR 0.30.

 

After the increase the share capital is divided into 64 090 482 shares. The new shares were admitted to trading on the NASDAQ OMX Stock Exchange Ltd together with the existing shares as of May 6, 2013. The new shares will provide the shareholders with full shareholder rights.

 

The Stonesoft Option Program 2008 is based on the resolutions of the Board of Directors on May 6, 2008 and June 17, 2008, based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2008. The terms of the program have been published by a previous stock exchange release.
