In pursuance of section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, please be informed that on 4 January 2019, United International Enterprises Ltd. received information that Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest reduced its shareholding of shares in the company on 3 January 2019.

Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest subsequently holds 172,928 shares indirectly, corresponding to 4.86% of the total issued shares in United International Enterprises Ltd.
