Erria has entered into an agreement on sale and purchase of vessels.
Provided that the transactions are carried out in accordance with the agreements, Erria's revenue and profit for 2019 will increase.

Good progress on our strategic priorities and a sale and purchase transaction are the main reasons behind the strong second-quarter performance.

Consequently, we now expect:

Revenue of around DKK 55-65 mio. (previously DKK 40-50 mio.)
EBIDTA of DKK -1 to +1 mio. (previously DKK -2 to -3 mio.)
