- Leiv Kallestad will hold 106,250 shares in TTS Group ASA and 63,750 options. His remaining options are subject to restrictions of exercise described in the minutes of general meeting of 1 June 2017, and
- TTS Group ASA will hold 6,632 treasury shares.

The total number of remaining options under the employee option program in TTS Group ASA is 823,750.
