Taking into account a notification received from Ms. Eglė Čiužaitė on her resignation from the position of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company on 7th January, 2019 adopted a decision to recall Ms. Eglė Čiužaitė from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company form 21st January, 2019.

Ms. Eglė Čiužaitė will also resign from the position of Chairwoman of the Board form 21st January, 2019.

We hereby notify, that Mr. Darius Kucinas, Member of the Board and Director of Production of the Company, will temporarily take the position of acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 22nd January, 2019.

The Company will initiate a public selection for the election of the new Chief Executive Officer.
