TERMINATION OF TECHNICOLOR'S SHARE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

    

Technicolor announces that the share management agreement signed between TECHNICOLOR and NATIXIS which had been suspended since April 26, 2018, was terminated on September 25, 2019.

At the termination date, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account:

• 703,925 TECHNICOLOR shares;
• €295,644.17.  

It is reminded that at the inception date of the agreement with Natixis, on April 1, 2016, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account:   

• 275,536 TECHNICOLOR shares;
• €1,670,530.44.
