OKMETIC OYJ IS AN ISSUER IN A MULTI-ISSUER BOND WITH FIVE MILLION EURO SHARE

 

Okmetic is one of the issuer companies in a multi-issuer bond totalling 70 million euro and guaranteed by Garantia Insurance Company Ltd. Okmetic's allocated amount of the bond is five million euro.

 

The maturity of this guaranteed, fixed rate (coupon at 1.85%), bullet multi-issuer bond is five years.

 

Both Garantia as the guarantor and the multi-issuer bond itself hold a Standard & Poor's credit rating of A-. The bond was marketed to and placed with Finnish and international institutional investors, and it will be issued on 18 June 2014. The bond met strong interest among the investors and it was oversubscribed.

 

Okmetic will use the funds from the bond for general corporate purposes.

 

Swedbank and Pohjola Markets were mandated as the lead managers for the issue.
