The CEO in Belships ASA (the "Company" or "Belships"), Ulrich Müller, has today informed the board of directors of his resignation as CEO of the Company. The board of directors will initiate the work with finding a new CEO immediately and Ulrich Müller will remain in his current position until a new CEO is in place.
