Restamax Plc (business ID 1952494-7) has on 18 June 2018 received from Timo Laine a flagging notification under Section 9(5) of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the shareholding of Laine Capital Oy fully owned by Timo Laine of Restamax Plc's total number of shares has risen from 4,650,064 to 4,738,844 shares, or 25.08 per cent of Restamax Plc's share capital and votes, on 15 June 2018.
