The Management Board makes a proposal to transfer the whole net profit for the financial year 2017 to retained earnings.

The Supervisory Board meeting to approve the annual report has not been held as of now. The Supervisory Board has the right to make amendments to the profit distribution proposal before its presentation to the general meeting.
