Radisson Blu, formerly Radisson SAS, is a high-end brand of Radisson Hotels with more than 200 destinations in 62 countries.
Located in the recently built in the central Gueliz district, just a short walk from the historic Medina, the is surrounded by trendy bars and restaurants as well as a shopping mall populated with high-end international stores.
The , opening in September 2015 , is composed of created by acclaimed architects, filled with natural light, a fitness center with spa and hammam, an aquarium swimming pool, a patio, and a large dining area including restaurant, lounge and bar.
To combine room comfort and hot water production, while maintaining high energy performance for the whole building, a 4 pipe HVAC system has been designed based on , supplied by Climaveneta. The units are actually able to produce hot water and guarantee . Considering the Mediterranean climate in which the project finds itself, the units will work principally for cooling purposes, while taking advantage of the excess thermal energy to heat the swimming pool.
