On 5 June 2018, Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) received a notification of major shareholding in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act regarding Restamax Plc shares.

According to the notification of major shareholding, due to the issue and registration of the new shares issued in Restamax Plc's share issue, the ownership of Mikko Aartio, his wholly-owned company PIMU Capital Oy and Eiramax Oy, of which he owns 70 per cent, has decreased to 18.87 per cent of the share capital and votes of Restamax Plc.
