The Board of Directors of Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) has approved the 2018 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS").

Polarcus reported its IFRS unaudited fourth quarter and preliminary full year 2018 results on 27 February 2019. There were no changes to the consolidated annual financial statements compared to those presented on 27 February 2019.

Polarcus' 2018 Annual Report will be made available electronically to the Company's shareholders in the first week of April 2019.
