Icelandair Group is currently in final negotiations regarding the sale of its subsidiary Icelandair Hotels and associated real estate with the prospective buyer. Documentation of the transaction is ongoing and the Parties anticipate to sign a Share Purchase Agreement no later than 16 July 2019.
