Reference is made to the announcements by Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") on 31 August 2023 regarding the share issuances resolved in connection with the Subsequent Offering and the conversion of Convertible Loans. 

The share capital increase associated with the above has now been duly registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 184,691,782.70 divided into 1,846,917,827 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.10.
