Corio sold five properties for EUR 118.2 m in the Netherlands and France
In line with its strategy, Corio has sold four retail properties in the Netherlands and France and one office in France for in total EUR 118.2 m in the last quarter of 2012 . The disposals concern Nesselande in Rotterdam (GLA 8,900 m ), Getsewoud in Nieuw Vennep (GLA 7,800 m ), Parkwijk in Utrecht (GLA 5,500 m ), La Croix Blanche in Saint Geneviève des Bois ( GLA 6,600 m ) and the office building Clair de Ville in Rueil Malmaison (GLA 10,600 m ).
The disposals are a step on the way towards Corio's full focus on Favourite Meeting Places. Favourite Meeting Places are typically located downtown, at transport hubs or in the heart of a larger community and are able, next to convenience to offer also a wide variety in services and events.
