University of Cambridge Selects ista for Ambitious Energy Efficiency Project

This development is an ambitious project by the University of Cambridge with outline planning permission for:

Central to the development has been sustainability. A fully integrated Heat Network will deliver heat and hot water to all residents from a central energy centre. ista is delighted to be the selected partner to provide all billing services and energy reporting across the network, advising in setting heat tariffs, delivering and managing resident heat bill, cash collection, tenant call centre, education and ensuring that the network performance is measured, monitored and reported.  

Warren Forsyth, Operations Director at the North West Cambridge Development commented 'We are delighted to have selected ista as they demonstrated an excellent understanding of the management and billing of the heat network. ista will utilise their full experience and knowledge gained in managing heat networks across Europe to provide an excellent service to the residents and assist the University in its sustainability commitments across the development.
