On 5 June 2018, Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) received a notification of major shareholding in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Intera Fund II Ky ("Intera") (Business ID 2407091-9), stating that the combined ownership of Intera and the funds it manages amounts to over 5 per cent of the share capital and votes of Restamax Plc. As a result of the realisation of the RR Holding Oy (Royal Ravintolat) deal, Intera became a new Restamax shareholder and the fourth-largest Restamax shareholder with a shareholding of 9.63 per cent.
