Veysel Aral will keep his role as CEO of Kcell and be based in Istanbul and Almaty . He joined the TeliaSonera Group in 2007 and prior to that held several managerial positions in Ericsson. He was born in 1968 and has a BSc in Physics Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Istanbul .
