Divorce Nicely and Carry On
Mediated divorce is the most cost-effective way to end a relationship. Studies show that couples agreeing divorce settlements through mediation, rather than through litigation, are much more likely to stick to the settlement. A mediated divorce is also much, much cheaper than negotiating through solicitors or proceeding to Court.
Divorce Nicely can also point divorcing couples to appropriate professionals for legal advice, financial advice, mortgage advice and counselling services if that is what is required, although much of the work couples can do for themselves, thereby keeping costs to a minimum.
An initial meeting includes assessing whether a party would qualify for legal aid for mediation. If so, then that party's mediation through Divorce Nicely would be free of charge. If neither party qualifies for legal aid, then Divorce Nicely are the most cost-effective charges in East Kent .
The new service is being offered at various locations throughout East Kent, including: Ashford, Canterbury , Deal, Dover , Folkestone , Faversham, Maidstone , Thanet and Whitstable and the intention is to roll the service out nationally.
