YMAGIS GROUP'S 2018 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT NOW AVAILABLE

Ymagis Group (FR0011471291, MAGIS, PEA-PME, TECH 40) , the European specialist in digital technologies for the cinema industry, today announced the publication of its Annual Financial Report for the 2018 fiscal-year period ending 31 December 2018, which includes its Management Report, as filed with the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).

Ymagis Group also confirms that the observation period related to the receivership of Eclair Cinema SAS mentioned in the Report has been extended for a 6-month period.
