Young Chef India Schools 2015 - Grand Finals in London, 18th September
Young Chef India Schools 2015 initiative is supported by Incredible India, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. This year it had 25,000 school students from Class XI and Class XII.

The curtain raiser across India was held in the first week of May, at International Institute of Hotel Management's (IIHM) Campus cities of Kolkata , Delhi , Bangalore , Pune , Hyderabad , Ahmedabad and Jaipur.
Young Chef India Schools 2015 competition (http://www.iihmyoungchef.com) was initiated in year 2011 to provide a platform to those young class XI and XII students who care to experiment with flavours.
This love affair with food was spread over three months, culminating in London . The regional top 7 finalists will compete for the coveted title of the Young Chef India in London on 18 Sep 2015 at the University of West London.

The winner will be awarded 5000 Pounds, along with other accolades.
