New Program Creates Innovation in Executive Career and Life Development

The concept for the program was initially formed when Yates met fellow Young Presidents Organization member John A. Kuelbs in 2011, and they compared their personal experiences with career change. Yates, who experienced first-hand the emotional ups and downs of major career and life transition, directs the program and the individual sessions. Kuelbs, now Chairman of Group 1200 Media, navigated a major career change after the sale of his first company and frequently contributes lessons from his own personal journey with participants in the program. "It's been a pleasure to share my experiences with executives coming through this incredible program. It's rewarding to see talented people reinvent themselves and find new meaning they never imagined," said Kuelbs.

The next session of "Success & Significance" will be held in Cambridge, Massachusetts, November 4-6, 2015. The agenda includes notable executives, professional athletes and entertainers.
