Financière Hélios resigns from office as a Director

 

Albioma announces that Financière Hélios has resigned from office as Director on 5 June 2018.

Represented by Mr Maurice Tchenio, Financière Hélios had been a member of the Board of Directors since 2005. On 15 March 2018, Financière Hélios had disposed of 2 million Albioma shares representing around 6.5% of the capital using an accelerated bookbuilding procedure.
