JUHA HELMINEN APPOINTED CEO OF RESTAMAX PLC

The Board of Directors of Restamax Plc has appointed Juha Helminen M.Sc.(Tech.) (born 1977) CEO of Restamax and a member of the Executive Team from 1 September 2017. Helminen will be responsible for the company's operations, result and development. Helminen is currently Vice President, Sales at Sinebrychoff.

Helminen has solid experience of the brewery and restaurant sectors, from senior positions in business management both in Finland and abroad. Among other positions, during the years 2015-2017 he worked in Denmark in Carlsberg Group as Vice President, Group Strategy and Vice President, Group Sales Development. During 2012-2015 he worked in Finland as Vice President, HoReCa Sales in Sinebrychoff, part of Carlsberg Group. During 2008-2012 Helminen worked in Denmark as Vice President, Business Development, Northern Europe for Carlsberg Group. He has also worked in Sweden as a Financial Controller in Carlsberg Sweden 2002-2003.

Restamax's strategic objective is to expand its restaurant business abroad by the end of 2018.

CFO Jarno Suominen was appointed temporary CEO of the company from 22 May 2017, and will continue in this position until 31 August 2017.
