Kinepolis Group NV has received a transparency notification dated 10 January 2017, indicating that BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited now holds, by virtue of an acquisition of shares on 9 January 2017, 3.89% of the voting rights of Kinepolis Group NV. As such, the treshold of 3% has been crossed.

The persons required to notify and the details of the notification, which includes the chain of controlled companies in which shares are actually held, are included in the aforementioned notification that can be consulted, together with this regulated release, on the website of Kinepolis Group via this link.
