STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29 NOVEMBER 2018 at 4:15 pm On 29 November 2018, Restamax Plc (Business ID 1952494-7) received from Evli Bank Plc a notification of major shareholding under Chapter 9(5) of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the proportion of Sijoitusrahasto Evli Suomi Pienyhtiöt, Sijoitusrahasto Evli Suomi Mix and Sijoitusrahasto Evli Suomi Select from the total number of Restamax Plc's shares increased to 1,105,299 shares, or to 5.85 per cent of Restamax Plc's share capital and votes, on 28 November 2018.

Evli Bank Plc owns 100 per cent of Evli Fund Management Company Ltd, which manages the aforementioned funds.
