Transfer of the warrants as announced in the press release of 8 May 2014 will take place on Monday 3 November 2014 (trade date 30 October 2014, settlement date 3 November 2014). 

 

RoodMicrotec has granted its bondholders, who held RoodMicrotec bonds on 1 July 2014 (ISIN code NL0010811030, issued through NPEX), warrants with an exercise price of EUR 0.13. The transfer of the warrants is executed via the bank/financial broker of the person entitled to the warrant.

 

The warrants will be listed on Euronext, the trading code is WROD1 and the ISIN code is NL0010938130.

 

Both the transfer of the warrants and the listing on Euronext are handled by SNS Securities N.V. The issuance of the bond loan through NPEX was not supervised by SNS Securities N.V.

 

The warrants can be exercised by notifying SNS Securities N.V. through your bank or financial broker.
