Fingrid Oyj announces that its Home Member State meant in the Finnish Securities Markets Act, chapter 7, section 3 is Ireland. Fingrid Oyj issues debt under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme. Fingrid Oyj's issues under the EMTN program are listed in Irish Stock Exchange (Euronext Dublin) and London Stock Exchange.
