Corio successfully placed EUR 150 m bond issue

Corio has successfully placed a bond issue under the EMTN program of EUR 150 m maturing in June 2017. The proceeds of this transaction will be used for general corporate purposes. The EUR 150 m bond issue has a 2.389% coupon and the issue price is 100%. The bonds will be placed with two foreign institutional investors. Corio has successfully placed a bond issue under the EMTN program of EUR 150 m maturing in June 2017.
