Phil Spencer Takes Aim at Homebuyer Frustration
The game - produced by online conveyancing firm In-Deed.net - allows players to take out their frustrations on estate agents, property lawyers and mortgage brokers by firing them at buildings, with the chance to get their mortgage or rent paid for six months.
Angry Buyers has launched at a time when frustration with the homebuying process is at high, with the company estimates that 531,000 home sales fell through inthe final months of 2011, with a lack of mortgage finance and poor legal services frequently atfault.
Property expert Phil Spencer comments:
"To help remedy this, I've teamed with online conveyancers In-Deed.net to launch Angry Buyers - a new online game where players can let off steam by firing estate agents and property lawyers out of a cannon for the chance to win their rent or mortgage paid for six months."
