Brussels, 31 March 2016:

 

• Mobistar will adopt the Orange brand name as of Monday, 9 May 2016;
• The transition will begin soon and will be carried out gradually;
• Customers don't have to do anything and nothing will change for them when the Orange brand arrives on the Belgian market.

 

The decision taken in February to adopt the Orange brand will support Mobistar's strategic development and strengthen its position on the Belgian market, as a convergent as well as mobile operator for individuals, families and on the professional market.

 

Since the announcement of the adoption of the Orange brand, the preparatory work has started. All departments of the company are involved to make the introduction of the Orange brand a reality for customers as of 9 May 2016.

 

A communication campaign will soon start in order to explain to customers that Mobistar will very shortly become Orange. Furthermore, outfitting work on the future Orange stores will begin in the month of April.

 

Mobistar customers don't have to do anything. They will soon be informed on the modalities of the rebranding.
