Cosimo AS, a company owned by Trygve Bruland who is a board member of GC Rieber Shipping ASA, has on Wednesday August 22nd bought 70,000 shares in GC Rieber Shipping ASA at a price of NOK 11.68 per share. Following this transaction Cosimo AS holds 70,000 shares in GC Rieber Shipping ASA.

GC Rieber Shipping's business within offshore/shipping includes ownership in specialized vessels, high quality marine ship management and project development within the segments subsea, ice/support and marine seismic.
