Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) announces that certain Primary Insiders of Polarcus have acquired shares in the Company on 4 March, 2019 at an average price of NOK 1.23 per share as follows:

Duncan Eley, Chief Executive Officer of Polarcus: 150,000 shares. Following the transaction, he owns 639,616 shares in Polarcus.

Hans-Peter Burlid, Chief Financial Officer of Polarcus: 75,000 shares. Following the transaction, he owns 232,596 shares in Polarcus.

Caleb Raywood, General Counsel & Company Secretary of Polarcus: 75,000 shares. Following the transaction, he owns 209,615 shares in Polarcus.

Tamzin Steel, SVP, People & Business Services of Polarcus: 75,000 shares. Following the transaction, she owns 209,615 shares in Polarcus.

In addition, Lars Oestergaard, Chief Operating Officer of Polarcus acquired 75,000 shares in the Company on 4 March, 2019 at an average price of NOK 1.22 per share. Following the transaction, he owns 75,000 shares in Polarcus.
