HSBC  upgraded shares of Yamana Gold (NYSE: AUY) from a neutral rating to an overweight rating. HSBC now has a $18.00 price target on the stock.

Goldman Sachs  upgraded shares of Basic Energy Services (NYSE: BAS) from a sell rating to a buy rating.

Jefferies Group  downgraded shares of C.R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR) from a buy rating to a hold rating. Their analysts now have a $94.00 price target on the stock. They noted that the move was a valuation call.

Raymond James  upgraded shares of Buffalo Wild Wings (NASDAQ: BWLD) from an underperform rating to a market perform rating.

Wells Fargo & Co.  downgraded shares of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) from an outperform rating to a market perform rating. They noted that the move was a valuation call.

Piper Jaffray  upgraded shares of Christopher & Banks (NYSE: CBK) from a neutral rating to an overweight rating.

Morgan Stanley  downgraded shares of Chico's (NYSE: CHS) from an equal weight rating to an underweight rating.

FBR Capital  downgraded shares of Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (NYSE: CLF) from an outperform rating to a market perform rating. Their analysts now have a $56.00 price target on the stock, down previously from $102.00.

Morgan Stanley  upgraded shares of Coach (NYSE: COH) from an equal weight rating to an overweight rating.

Needham & Company  reiterated its hold rating on shares of Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHU).

Citigroup  raised its price target on shares of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (NYSE: CP) from $90.00 to $92.00.

BMO Capital Markets  upgraded shares of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (NYSE: CP) from a market perform rating to an outperform rating.

Sterne Agee  upgraded shares of Carter's, Inc. (NYSE: CRI) from a neutral rating to a buy rating.
