Tommy Middaugh, Travel To Go's Executive Vice President, attended the Kern River Rock N Blues Fest presented by Rip Cat Records from September 27-29 and is sharing some of the highlights from his experience.

  

The two-day Kern River Rock N Blues Fest featured 13 bands from around the country that came together to celebrate everything having to do with rock and blues. Performances were viewed from the Bud Light Main Stage as well as six other smaller music depots. Acclaimed recording artists included the 44's, Atomic Road Kings and more.

The Rock N Blues Fest was a huge success, and the campsite where the festival took place was completely sold out. The Kern River Rock N Blues Fest also raised money for the Bakersfield National Cemetery Support Committee, and publically donated $5,000 dollars to their worthy cause.

 

"I had an incredible time at the Kern River Rock N Blues Fest this year," said Tommy Middaugh of Travel To Go. "The VIP Party that Travel To Go hosted with Lisa Cee was a blast and memories were made to last a lifetime."

Lisa Cee, the acclaimed soul recording artist, performed an exclusive set for VIP Party attendees that Tommy said was an absolute treat. Tommy also enjoyed watching White Boy James and the Blues Express, Blonde Faith, Shari Puerto and the Blasters all while taking videos and pictures of the events that transpired.

Travel To Go and Tommy Middaugh are involved in several events and worthy causes around the world. The Kern River Rock N Blues Fest is one of Tommy's favorite events to attend, and he encourages rock and blues lovers to plan a trip to this incredible event.
